The online process is restricted for South Africans who are applying for the undergraduate programmes. If you do not fall within this condition, you are required to use the alternative method which is the traditional method.

University of Venda UNIVEN Online Application Requirements

The basic requirements for this process are; a valid national identity card, an email address and a South African cell phone number. During the process of feeding in details, you can save the details and complete the process, later on, it is that convenient.

After completing the process of filling in data in the form, you will be required to hand in the details by clicking the submit option.

University of Venda UNIVEN Application Fee

After submitting the details, you will be required to pay the charges for completing the process. This is where the question, “how do I pay my UNIVEN application fee?” comes in. The university has specified that the charges whose value is R100 should be deposited at the ABSA bank; account number; 1000 000 589. The reference column, the prospective student will be expected to write their computer-generated student number.

The prospective student will then be required to upload all certificates of their academic qualifications, testimonials, the payment receipt and their Grade 11 report. While uploading these documents, they are reminded that the format of the file should be in PDF.

University of Venda UNIVEN Application Status

After attaching all the required documents, you will be required to click on submit to find the process. After that, with your application details, you can log in in the My Access option. With the details, you can log in to the portal and confirm the University of Venda application status. After the university goes through the application goes through, your UNIVEN application status will automatically be updated in the portal to confirm that you are officially recognized as a student of the university.

University of Venda UNIVEN Traditional Paper Application

If you do not qualify for the online process, or prefer the traditional paper method, you can do so through the following process;

The first step is downloading the UNIVEN Student Prospectus. This form contains all the details about the University of Venda courses and the cut-off points for the courses. It is vital for one to confirm that they qualify for the courses that they wish to apply for.

The second step is accessing the application form. There are different forms that one should apply for; whether it is the undergraduate, post-graduate or the re-admission form. The forms are available at the university. Alternatively, you can access the UNIVEN application form by clicking here. The prospective student is expected to fill in the correct details in the University of Venda application form, after which they will be required to post it back to the institution.
